Huachuca Lodge No. 53 Supports the Cochise Western Model Railroad Association

Huachuca Lodge No. 53 is proud to support organizations that enrich our community through education, history, and fellowship. As part of that commitment, the Lodge recently made a donation to the Cochise Western Model Railroad Association (CWMRA), a local nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the history of railroading while promoting the hobby of model railroading throughout Cochise County.

Founded in 1972, the Cochise Western Model Railroad Association has been serving Southern Arizona for more than fifty years. Through detailed model railroad displays, educational programs, and community events, the organization provides visitors of all ages with an opportunity to experience the craftsmanship, history, and engineering that have made railroads an important part of our nation's development.

Huachuca Lodge No. 53 was honored to contribute to an organization whose mission reflects many of the same values embraced by Freemasonry: preserving history, encouraging lifelong learning, sharing knowledge, and bringing people together through a common interest.

For our members, this donation represents another opportunity to invest in organizations that make Cochise County a better place to live. Supporting local nonprofits, educational groups, and civic organizations is an important part of our Lodge's commitment to serving the community beyond the walls of our Lodge.

While many know Freemasonry for its traditions and ceremonies, our members are equally committed to supporting local organizations that educate, inspire, and preserve the heritage of our community. Whether assisting schools, veterans, youth organizations, or local nonprofits such as the Cochise Western Model Railroad Association, our goal is to make a positive and lasting difference.
