WB Mike Fluty Honored with Distinguished Service Medal and Appointed to Grand Lodge Leadership

We are proud to share that Worshipful Brother (WB) Mike Fluty, a respected and dedicated member of Huachuca Lodge No. 53, has received one of the highest honors presented by the Grand Lodge of Arizona: the Distinguished Service Medal. This award was presented by Most Worshipful (MW) Mike Dale, the outgoing Grand Master of Masons in Arizona, during the 143rd Annual Grand Lodge Communication.

The Distinguished Service Medal is awarded to a Mason who has demonstrated outstanding dedication, leadership, and service—both within his local Lodge and across the wider Masonic community. WB Fluty’s contributions to Freemasonry in Arizona, along with his unwavering commitment to mentorship and education, have made a lasting impact that reaches well beyond our local Lodge.

In addition to receiving this prestigious award, WB Fluty was also appointed to the Grand Line, the statewide leadership team that guides and supports Masonic Lodges throughout Arizona. This appointment places him on a path of continued service and influence, helping shape the future of Freemasonry in our state.

For those unfamiliar with Masonic titles, "Worshipful Brother" is a term of honor given to those who have served as elected leaders of a Masonic Lodge. The Grand Lodge is the central governing body for Freemasonry in Arizona, and members of the Grand Line are selected for their experience, character, and leadership.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to WB Mike Fluty for these well-deserved honors. His example of service, humility, and dedication continues to inspire not only the Brothers of Huachuca Lodge but Masons across Arizona.
